The advantages of our Four-pipe extrusion line：

1.Production capacity: The daily capacity of Tongda’ four-pipe extrusion line is above 12 tons.
2.Water and air consumption: Tongda’ optimized cooling water channel and air circuit make the water and air consumption is 25% of the one of the traditional one.
3.The noise pollution: The saw blade of the traditional cutting equipment makes piercing noise while Tongda’ chipless cutting make no noise.
4.Dust pollution: The traditional saw cutting causes severe dust pollution and the material tend to be wasted. And the one of Tongda’ chipless cutting causes no dust.
